My name is Andrew Ferraro and I am proud to assist buyers and sellers with properties in the Tampa area. My business is concentrated South of Gandy, along Westshore Boulevard. The Westshore Yacht Club, The Westshore Marina District, and the surrounding neighborhoods are vibrating with excitement and energy.  The growth and development in this area is nothing short of amazing.

I worked my way through college to earn a degree in Business Administration. I then joined the Army as a Cryptologic Linguist, volunteered for Airborne training, and landed an assignment to 3rd Special Forces Group. Through my military intelligence work I learned how to operate in ambiguous environments and how to make solid decisions under pressure. Today, I leverage this experience in my real estate business in order to better help my clients.

At the end of 2013, I began selling real estate and managing vacation rentals in Myrtle Beach, SC. After 3 years of consistent sales, I upgraded my license to a Broker’s License and opened my own shop in 2017. I sold 22 homes in my first year and loved the thrill of putting together win-win deals for my clients.

After visiting Tampa, I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to build my forever life! I teamed up with Exit Bayshore Realty, bought a fixer-upper in South Tampa, and moved the family down. Not a day goes by without me thinking to myself that “I AM SO GRATEFUL TO LIVE HERE!”

I worked hard in Myrtle Beach to provide my clients with exceptional service, and my clients rewarded me beyond belief! They referred me to their friends, recommended me to neighbors, and wrote nice things about me online. I have been blessed with the best real estate clients in the business.
